伪枝藻属植物世界地理分布及其与环境因子的关系

Geographical Distribution and Relationship with Environmental Factors of Scytonema in the World

  • 摘要: 以蓝藻门(Cyanophyta)藻殖段目(Hormogonales)伪枝藻科(Scytonemataceae)伪枝藻属(Scytonema)植物为研究对象, 研究伪枝藻属植物世界地理分布与环境因子的关系。通过收集其在世界分布的情况及环境因子数据, 采用相关分析、主成分分析和线性判别分析等方法, 分析环境因子对伪枝藻属植物6个种类的地理分布的影响及该6个种类的地理分布和生长环境的差异性。相关分析、主成分分析和线性判别分析结果显示, 伪枝藻属植物的世界地理分布与生长环境具有较强的相关性。相关分析和主成分分析结果显示, 年均温、气温季节性变动系数、气温年较差、最高温、最低温、等温性、水蒸气压、太阳辐射、风速是影响伪枝藻属植物6个种类地理分布的重要环境因素。

     

    Abstract: The six most widespread species were chosen around the world of genus Scytonema of family Scytonemataceae, order Hormogonales, phylum Cyanophytain, to explore the relation between Scytonema and environmental factors. Based on the data of geographical distribution of six species in the world and environmental factors, the correlation analysis, principal component analysis and linear discriminant analysis were used to analyze the influence of these environmental factors on the geographical distribution of six species of genus Scytonema and the corresponding geographical distribution and growth environment. The correlation analysis, principal component analysis and linear discriminant analysis revealed the noticeable correlation between the geographical distribution and growth environment of genus Scytonema. The results demonstrated that annual mean temperature, temperature seasonality, temperature annual range, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, isothermality, water vapor pressure, solar radiation and wind speed were the important environmental factors affecting the geographical distributions of these six species.
