强动载作用下浅埋管廊结构试验研究

Experimental Study on Shallow-buried Utility Tunnel Structure Under Strong Dynamic Load

  • 摘要: 以浅埋双舱管廊结构为研究对象, 开展大当量装药爆炸作用下管廊结构毁伤破坏试验。试验结果表明: 管廊结构在进行抗爆设计时, 可参考本文所述结构荷载计算方法, 结构设计偏于安全; 典型管廊结构在遭受与工况2当量相当的强动载冲击时, 结构安全性会遭到破坏, 但结构功能保存良好, 内部管线运行正常; 管廊结构在强动载作用下的破坏模式表现为大跨顶板弯曲破坏、顶板两侧腋角受压破坏。

     

    Abstract: Damage tests of shallow buried double chamber utility tunnel structure under the action of large equivalent charge explosion are carried out. The test results show that, in anti-explosion design of utility tunnel structure, the calculation method of structural load described in this paper can be referred to, and the structural design is biased towards safety. The safety of the typical utility tunnel structure will be damaged when it is subjected to the strong dynamic shock equivalent to the Condition 2, but the structural function is well preserved and the internal pipelines runs normally. The failure modes of utility tunnel structure under strong dynamic load are the bending failure of long-span roof and the compression failure of axillary angles on both sides of roof.
