Abstract:
Eight types of Maxwell's relations for a homogeneous magnetized magnetic medium system are derived by neglecting and considering the volume change of the magnetic medium. Combined with the concept of heat capacity of a simple system, the physical significance of the equal magnetic field heat capacity and the equal magnetizing heat capacity of a homogeneous magnetized magnetic medium system is discussed. Finally, the difference between the two heat capacities mentioned above is further discussed by using the Jacobian determinant.
