南门峡湿地公园不同区域草本植物多样性研究

Study on Herbaceous Plant Diversity in Different Areas of Nanmenxia Wetland Park

  • 摘要: 以南门峡湿地公园生态保育区和合理利用区中草本植物为研究对象, 采取典型样方法和随机取样方法对南门峡湿地公园5块样地20个样方展开调查, 对其物种组成及多样性进行分析研究。结果表明: 样地中草本植物共有24科64属90种, 单物种科属数最多; 各区域植物的Margalef指数岔巴峡最高, 卷槽最低, Pielou指数都比较低, 卷槽样点最低, Shannon-Wiener指数在卷槽样点最低, 岔巴峡最高; 公园内生物量随时间推移呈现先增后减的趋势, 八月份该研究区域草本植物体内有机质储存最高。各样点中生物量岔巴峡最高, 水库最低; Shannon-Wiener指数与Margalef指数、Pielou指数间存在着显著的正相关关系, Shannon-Wiener指数与生物量和海拔间存在正相关关系; 影响南门峡湿地公园草本植物多样性的主要原因是区域生境的不同.

     

    Abstract: Taking the herbaceous plants in the ecological conservation area and rational utilization area of Nanmenxia Wetland Park as the research object, 20 quadrats in 5 plots of Nanmenxia Wetland Park are surveyed by using typical sampling method and random sampling method, and their species composition and diversity are analyzed. The results show that there are 24 families, 64 genera and 90 species of herbaceous plants in the plot. The number of single-species families and genera is the highest. The Margalef index of Chaba Gorge is the highest in each region, the Margalef index of Juancao is the lowest. The Pielou index is relatively low, and the Pielou index of Juancao sample is the lowest. The sample point of the wetland experience area is the lowest in the coiled trough sample. The Shannon-Wiener index is the lowest in the Juabcao sample and the highest in Chaba Gorge. Biomass in the park shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing over time. Among the points, the biomass of Chaba Gorge is the highest and the reservoir is the lowest.The Shannon-Wiener index, Margalef index, and Pielou index have a significant positive correlation, and the Shannon-Wiener index has a positive correlation with biomass and altitude. The main reason affecting herb diversity in Nanmenxia wetland parks is the difference of regional habitats.
