摘要: 为了探究单细胞测序技术在植物中的应用，综述了单细胞测序技术发展概况、原理、测序技术流程及其在植物中的应用研究，为今后系统全面地开展植物单细胞测序提供理论依据。

Abstract: In order to explore the application of single-cell sequencing technology in plants, the development, principle, sequencing technology process and application of single-cell sequencing in plants are summarized. This review provides a theoretical basis for systematic and comprehensive plant single cell sequencing in the future.
