弱电场干预对地热水中CaCO3结垢过程及形态的影响

Influence of Electric Field Intervention on Scaling Process of Geothermal Water

  • 摘要: 采用电化学阻抗法,探究了在外加弱电场干预情况下,地热水溶液中及金属表面的结垢过程变化。实验结果表明,外部电场的干预会有效降低金属表面的结垢程度,长时间维持金属自身的电化学特征。外部电场干预下,因表面结垢程度的减少腐蚀电位不断发生负移;同时,电场干预下液相成垢过程发生变化,CaCO3产物提前进入稳定的方解石晶型,使得大量的垢产物在液相中完成生长,随液体流动带走,也会进一步减少析晶垢向金属表面迁移沉积的风险。

     

    Abstract: Electrochemical impedance method is used to explore the changes of scaling process in geothermal water solution and metal surface under the intervention of external weak electric field. The experimental results show that the intervention of the external electric field can effectively reduce the degree of scaling on the metal surface and maintain the electrochemical characteristics of the metal itself for a long time; at the same time, the change of the liquid-phase scaling process under electric field intervention will also further reduce the risk of migrating and depositing scale on the metal surface.
