一氧化氮在根瘤共生固氮中的作用研究进展

Research Progress on the Role of Nitric Oxide in Symbiotic Nitrogen Fixation of Nodulation

  • 摘要: 一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)是一种在植物中具有转移信号作用的小自由基分子。大量的NO在根瘤发育的不同阶段积累,表明NO在共生期间执行特定的信号和代谢功能。利用60篇文献,综述了NO信号分子参与结瘤的不同阶段,NO在结瘤过程中的代谢和信号作用,以及NO对共生固氮的影响等方面的研究现状。展望了NO在豆科植物共生固氮体系中的研究前景。

     

    Abstract: Nitric oxide (NO) is a small free radical molecule with the function of transfer signal in plants. A large amount of NO is accumulated in different stages of nodule development, indicating that NO performs specific signaling and metabolic functions during symbiosis. Basedon 60 literatures, the research progress of NO signaling molecules involved in different nodulation stages, the metabolism and signaling of NO in the nodulation process, and the effect of NO on symbiotic nitrogen fixation are reviewed. Meanwhile the research prospect of NO in legume symbiotic nitrogen fixation system is prospected.
