固体超强酸催化合成N-丁基-2-吡咯烷酮的研究

Study on the Synthesis of N-butyl-2-pyrrolidone Catalyzed by Solid Superacid

  • 摘要: 采用固定床技术,以Al2O3@SO42-/ZrO2-NiO固体超强酸为催化剂,通过1,4-丁内酯(GBL)和正丁胺(BA)的缩合反应合成N-丁基-2-吡咯烷酮(NBP),考察了固定床工艺参数对NBP得率的影响。结果表明,合成NBP的最佳实验方案为:原料正丁胺与1,4-丁内酯摩尔配比为1.2∶1,反应温度300℃,反应物进料速度为0.5 mL/min,此时NBP的得率可达97.3%。

     

    Abstract: N-butyl-2-pyrrolidone (NBP) is synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-butyrolactone (GBL) and n-butylamine (BA) using Al2O3@SO42-/ZrO2-NiO as the catalyst in fixed bed. The influence factors on the conversion of NBP are investigated and the optimized reaction conditions are observed with the ratio of n-butylamine and 1,4-butyrolactone of 1.2:1, reaction temperature at 300℃, and the feeding rate of 0.5 mL/min. The yield of NBP can reach up to 97.3% based on 1,4-butyrolactone.
