海口羊山湿地盘星藻属植物的数量分类学研究

Quantitative Taxonomic Analysis of Pediastrum in Yangshan Wetland, Haikou

  • 摘要: 应用聚类分析的方法,选取24个性状对13种(含变种)海口羊山湿地盘星藻属植物进行数量分类学研究,对性状数据进行R型聚类分析和主成分分析,对盘星藻种类进行Q型聚类分析。结果显示:所选用的多数性状指标较分散,具有相对的独立性,说明各性状的选取较为合理。24个性状可综合为7个主成分,累计贡献率达91.253%,其中贡献率较大的性状为外层细胞顶部与基部的宽窄程度、外层细胞之间侧壁连接程度、外层细胞两侧边情况、外层细胞角突数目和角突长度。13个种(含变种)可分为5组,第1组主要特征为外层细胞近四棱形并具2个角突;第2组为细胞壁具颗粒纹,外层细胞呈5~6边形,并具2个角突;第3组为外层细胞具有1个角状突起;第4组为内层细胞为近四棱形;第5组为外层细胞呈卵形。外层细胞形态、内层细胞形态、角突及细胞壁颗粒纹等性状对盘星藻属植物的形态分类具有重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Cluster analysis is used to study 13 species of Pediastrum in Haikou. Twenty-four traits are selected for systematic observation and recording, and trait data are subjected for R-type clustering and principal component analysis, then Q-type clustering for Pediastrum species. The results show that most of the 24 selected traits in the R-type cluster analysis are scattered and relatively independent, indicating that the selection of various traits is reasonable. The results of principal component analysis show that 24 traits can be integrated into 7 principal components, with a cumulative contribution of 91.253%, among which the larger contribution are the width of the top and base of the outer cells, the degree of lateral wall connection between the outer cells, the sides of the outer cells, the number of outer cell horns and the length of the horns. The 13 species can be divided into 5 categories. The main character of the first category is nearly four-prism of outer cells with 2 horns; the second category has granular cell wall, outer cells with 5~6 edges and 2 horns; the third category is outer cells with 1 horns; the fourth category has nearly four-prism inner cells; the fifth category has oval outer cells. The study show that the morphology of outer and inner cell, horn and cell wall particles have an important role in the morphological classification of Pediastrum.
