Abstract:
Taking the
Ganoderma Lucidum Cyclobalanopsis glauca produced in Guizhou province as the research object, 5 kinds of nutritional components and 24 kinds of inorganic elements are determined in different parts of
Ganoderma lucidum. Correlation analysis is carried out. There is a certain correlation between nutrients and inorganic elements in
Ganoderma lucidum. The contents of moisture, ash, polysaccharide, triterpenoids and sterols in different parts of
Ganoderma lucidum are in accordance with the Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China (2020 Edition).
Ganoderma lucidum spore powder (broken cellular wall) has higher contents of protein, polysaccharide, triterpenoids and sterols. Elements Sn, Mo, B, Be and Ag are not detected in different parts of
Ganoderma lucidum, but as is not detected in spore powder (broken cellular wall) and spore powder (unbroken cellular wall). The contents of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in different parts of
Ganoderma lucidum are lower than the maximum limit. The superscale rate of Al in fruiting body (whole branch) of
Ganoderma lucidum is 100%, and that of Cr in spore powder (broken wall) of
Ganoderma lucidum is 100%.
