基于层状二硫化钨/金纳米复合物的电化学传感新方法及双酚A的测定

A Novel Electrochemical Method Based on Layered Tungsten Disulfide and Au Nanocomposites for the Determination of Bisphenol A

  • 摘要: 采用水热法制备层状二硫化钨,并利用电化学沉积的方法合成出二硫化钨/金纳米(WS2/Au NPs)复合材料。基于WS2/Au NPs纳米复合材料修饰玻碳电极构建电化学传感器,用于双酚A的测定。利用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法对所构建传感器的电化学行为进行研究。结果表明,修饰电极对双酚A具有良好的电催化氧化活性。双酚A线性检测范围为0.1~100 μmol/L,检出限为28.2 nmol/L(S/N=3),该方法可望用于实际样品检测。

     

    Abstract: Layered tungsten disulfide is synthesized by hydrothermal method. Tungsten disulfide/Au nanocomposites (WS2/Au NPs) are prepared by electrochemical deposition method. A novel electrochemical method is developed for bisphenol A determination. The electrochemicalbehavior of bisphenol A is investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry by using WS2/Au NPs modified glassy carbon electrode. The results demonstrate that the modified electrode exhibits efficient electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of bisphenol A. The electrochemical sensor shows a good linear range from 0.1 to 100 μmol/L with a detection limit of 28.2 nmol/L (S/N=3). The developed sensor also displays long-term stability and high sensitivity for bisphenol A determination. The method has potential to be applied for real sample detection.
