Abstract:
The endophytic fungi of
Adiantum capillus-
veneris L. are isolated and purified by plate separation method, and then classified and identified. The antibacterial activity is determined by filter paper method, and the scavenging effect of DPPH, ABTS and hydroxyl radicals is also analyzed. An endophytic fungus tg-1 is isolated and identified as
Aspergillus sp, which has good antibacterial effect, among which the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) against
Escherichia coli and
Salmonella are 0.781 5 and 0.391 1 g/L, respectively, and have good antioxidant activity. The IC
50 for scavenging DPPH, ABTS, and hydroxyl radicals are 0.038, 0.026 and 0.063 g/L, respectively.
