Abstract: A pharmacokinetic model with intravenous injection combined with oral administration is studied, the stability of periodic solution and the design principle of the combined drug administration scheme are investigated. Furthermore, the algorithm steps of the combined drug administration scheme are given. Through a specific example analysis, the feasibility and rationality of the method are verified. The results indicate that the combined drug administration could make the design of drug administration more flexible and conducive to the individual drug administration.
