钢管碱矿渣混凝土短柱轴压力学性能试验研究

Experimental Study on Axial Pressure Performance of Alkali Activated Slag Concrete Filed Steel Tube Short Columns

  • 摘要: 为研究钢管碱矿渣混凝土短柱轴压力学性能, 以膨胀剂掺量为变量, 制作了5根轴压短柱试件, 开展了相关轴压力学性能试验。试验结果表明: 随膨胀剂掺量的增加, 试件极限承载力未表现出明显的变化趋势, 但延性性能逐渐增大, 其中极限承载力最大的为2%膨胀剂掺量试件。极限承载力理论分析结果表明: 我国现行规范CECS28:2012在钢管碱矿渣混凝土短柱轴压极限承载力计算方面依然可以作为参考。核心混凝土的微观测试分析结果显示, 膨胀剂的掺入可以有效地降低核心混凝土的微裂缝。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the axial compressive behavior of alkali activated slag concrete filed steel tube(AASCFST), five specimens of axially compressed stub columns are fabricated with different dosages of expansive agent, then axial compression test is carried out. Test results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens does not exhibit a significant change trend with the increase of expansive agent content, but the ductility performance increases gradually, and the maximum limit bearing capacity of specimens is 2% expansive agent content. The theoretical analysis results show that the code CECS28:2012 can still be used as a reference in calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of AASCFST stub columns under axial compression. Micro-test results show that the micro-cracks of core concrete can be effectively reduced by adding expansive agent.
