基于灰度图像的峰谷年轮识别方法研究

Research on Peak-valley Tree-ring Recognition Method Based on Gray Image

  • 摘要: 为准确、快速测量树木年轮信息, 提出了基于灰度图像的峰谷年轮识别方法。首先把圆盘彩色图像转换成灰度图像, 再把二维灰度图像数据转化为一维灰度补码数据, 最后使用峰谷年轮识别算法对一维灰度图像的补码数据进行处理, 获取树木年龄及年轮宽度信息。结果表明: 峰谷年轮识别算法预测树木年龄精度和年轮宽度精度高达90%。该算法易于理解, 为获取圆盘图像年轮信息提供一种简单、可行的方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to measure tree-ring information accurately and quickly, a peak-valley tree-ring recognition method based on gray image is proposed. Firstly, the disc color image is converted into gray image. Then the two-dimensional gray data is converted into one-dimensional gray complement data. Finally, the peak-valley tree-ring recognition algorithm is used to obtain the information of tree age and tree-ring width from the one-dimensional gray complement data. The results show that the accuracy of peak-valley tree-ring recognition algorithm in predicting tree age and tree-ring width is up to 90%. The algorithm is easy to understand and provides a simple and feasible method for obtaining the information of tree-rings from disk image.
