Abstract:
Nano titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1)zeolite is synthesized by using pre-crystallization and silicon filling method, and then used to modify silicone rubber to prepare silicone rubber nanocomposites. The mechanical and insulating properties of the composite materials are tested according to GB/T 1040-1992 and GB/T 1410-2006, and the thermal properties are analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The results show that the tensile strength of silicone rubber nanocomposites first increases and then decreases rapidly, while the elongation at break of silicone rubber nanocomposites decreases, and the initial decomposition temperature and maximum decomposition temperature increases, mean while the volume resistivity and the dielectric strength increases first and then decreases, with the increase of TS-1 zeolite, reaching the maximum value when the addition of TS-1 zeolite at 0.2%.
