Abstract: An evaluation index system of agricultural socialized service in counties of Henan province is constructed from three different dimensions, including agricultural economic development, rural social progress and agricultural production conditions. The level of agricultural socialized service system in 107 counties in Henan province is estimated by principal component analysis method. The results show that the comprehensive index of agricultural socialized service system in these counties in 2000, 2015 is less than 2.863, which means that the overall level is low and there is large gap among different counties. Generally speaking, the level of agricultural socialized service is unchanged in most counties, but the level declines in some countries in Eastern and Southern Henan while some increases in Northern Henan. The level of economic development, natural conditions and national policies are the key factors lead to the evolution of its development pattern.
