植物棉子糖合成酶的功能及调控机理研究进展

Advances in Function and Regulatory Mechanisms of Raffinose Synthase in Plants

摘要: 从棉子糖及其系列寡糖的合成、棉子糖合成酶(Raffinose synthase, RS)的生化和序列特征、棉子糖合成酶在种子发育与萌发中的作用、棉子糖合成酶在逆境防御中的作用、棉子糖合成酶的转录调控等5个方面对当前植物棉子糖合成酶的研究成果进行了综述, 并展望了该领域今后的研究重点。

Abstract: The current research achievements of plamt raffinose synthase (RS) were reviewed fromthe synthesis of raffinose and raffinose family of oligosaccharides (RFOs), the biochemical and sequence characteristics of RS, the role of RS in seed development and germination, the role of RS in stress defense, and the transcriptional regulation of RS.In addition, the further research directions in this field were also prospected.
