湿热条件下Z-pin增强复合材料层合板性能研究

Strength Prediction of Z-pin Reinforced Composite Laminates in Hygrothermal Environment

  • 摘要: 对湿热条件下Z-pin增强复合材料层合板的力学性能进行了研究, 考虑温度、湿度以及pin的插入造成微观结构改变对材料弹性模量的影响, 建立了Z-pin增强复合材料层合板在湿-热-力耦合作用下的本构模型。利用有限元对在湿热条件下Z-pin增强复合材料单层层合板的损伤破坏进行了模拟, 并与现有文献的实验结果进行对比。结果表明: 模拟结果与文献实验结果吻合较好, Z-pin增强复合材料的强度随着温度的升高而降低; 吸湿率增加也会降低Z-pin增强层合板的强度; 相比于拉伸强度, 湿热对压缩强度的影响更显著。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical properties of Z-pin reinforced composite laminates under hygrothermal conditions were studied.Considering the effects of temperature, humidity and microstructure changes caused by pin insertion on the elastic properties, a constitutive model of Z-pin reinforced composite laminates in hygrothermal conditions was established.The damage and failure of Z-pin reinforced composite laminates under hygrothermal conditions was simulated by using finite element, and the analysis results were compared with the experimental results in the literatures.The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimentalresults in the literatures.The strength of Z-pin reinforced composites decreases with the increase of temperature.The increase of moisture absorption rate reduces the strength of Z-pin reinforced laminates, and the compressive strength is more affected than the tensile strength with increase of moisture absorption rate and temperature.
