高速转轮的速度与稳定性测量系统设计

Design of the System of High-speed Wheel and Stability's Measurement

  • 摘要: 为了更好地解决高速转轮速度和稳定性测量问题, 设计并实现了一种新型的测量系统。该系统由信号采集、PLC控制和人机界面控制等电路构成。数据采集采用两种类别的霍尔传感器对称安装; 人机交互采用了触摸屏; 控制电路采用TM200C16T系列PLC实现。实验结果表明, 该装置可以精确测量转轮在转速为100 rad/s以上的转轮的转速; 若轮轴半径为0.5 m, 则可以为时速6 000 km/h的转轮提供精确测量。

     

    Abstract: In order to measure the speed and stability of high-speed runner, a novel system of high-speed wheel and stability's measurement is introduced.The system consists of signal acquisition, PLC techniqueand control interface.The data acquisition is installed symmetrically by two kinds of Hall sensor.The human-computer interaction adopts touch screen, and the control circuit is realized by TM200C16T.The results show that the design can accurately measure the rotating speed of the runner above 100 rad/s.If the radius of the wheel shaft is 0.5 m, it can provide accurate measurement for the running wheel of 6 000 km/h.
