Abstract:
A dynamic model of the growth of cervical cancer with radiotherapy is studied, and the existence and stabilities of the tumor-free equilibrium and the boundary periodic solution are investigated, the corresponding conditions are obtained. Furthermore, the existence of positive periodic solution is investigated by Abdelkader bifurcation theory. The results of theoretical analysis show that enhancing the radiosensitivity of cervical cancer cells is an important means to improve the radiotherapy effect of cervical cancer. Finally, the numerical simulation are given to verify our theoretical analysis results.
