宫颈癌放射治疗的数学模型研究

Studies on Mathematical Model of Radiotherapy of Cervical Cancer

  • 摘要: 研究了具有放射治疗的宫颈癌生长动力学模型, 探讨了无肿瘤平衡点和边界周期解的稳定性, 并获得相应的条件。进一步, 利用Abdelkader分支理论, 得到正周期解的存在性。理论分析结果表明: 增强宫颈癌分裂细胞的放射敏感性是提高宫颈癌放射治疗效果的重要手段。最后给出数值模拟以验证理论分析结果。

     

    Abstract: A dynamic model of the growth of cervical cancer with radiotherapy is studied, and the existence and stabilities of the tumor-free equilibrium and the boundary periodic solution are investigated, the corresponding conditions are obtained. Furthermore, the existence of positive periodic solution is investigated by Abdelkader bifurcation theory. The results of theoretical analysis show that enhancing the radiosensitivity of cervical cancer cells is an important means to improve the radiotherapy effect of cervical cancer. Finally, the numerical simulation are given to verify our theoretical analysis results.
