某型飞机综合气密检测装置的设计

Design of Integrated Airtight Testing Device for Certain Aircraft

  • 摘要: 根据某型飞机燃油、环控、发动机补氧等系统气密增压原理,设计了一套综合气密检测装置.该装置由台体、仪表板、开关控制板、冷气系统、气密附件、连接软管等部分组成,能够检测飞机各系统的气密性能,并且体积小、操作简单,可适用于航空兵部队该型飞机的所有系列型号.通过部队测试,该检测装置能够满足气密检测的保障需求,缩短机务准备时间,提高飞机的维修保障效率.

     

    Abstract: According to the airtight pressurization principle of fuel, environmental control, engine oxygen replenishment and other systems of a certain type of aircraft, a set of comprehensive airtight detecting device is designed. The device is composed of a platform body, an instrument panel part, a switch control panel part, an air-conditioning system, an air-tight accessory, a connecting hose and other parts. It can test the airtightness of every system of the aircraft, and is small in size and simple in operation. It can be applied to all series of the aircraft of the Air Force. Through the military test, the device can meet the requirements of airtightness testing, shorten the preparation time of aircraft maintenance, and improve the efficiency of aircraft maintenance support.
