Determination of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl Paracresol by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS

  • 摘要: 利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱仪(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS),建立了对2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚测定的方法.采用色谱柱Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×50 mm×1.7μm),以水和乙腈(30:70,v: v)为流动相等度洗脱,使用ESI-/APCI复合源,在全扫描模式下对2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚进行检测.结果显示,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚在5~50 mg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限和定量限分别为0.2 μg/g和0.7 μg/g,回收率在95%~100%之间,相对标准偏差小于1%(n=6).该方法已用于饼干中2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚含量的检测.

     

    Abstract: A method for the determination of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl paracresol was developed based on ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF/MS). The column used was Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm×50 mm×1.7 μm), with the mobile phase of water and acetonitrile (30:70, v: v) as the mobile phase and the ESI-/APCI composite source was selected in the full scan mode. A good linear relationship for 2, 6-di-tert-butyl paracresol was obtained within the concentration range of 5~50 mg/L, with the limit of detection of 0.2 μg/g, the limit of quantification of 0.7 μg/g, the recovery of 95%~100%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 1% (n=6). This method has been used to measure the content of BHT in cookies.
