双吡啶衍生物凝胶体系的制备和性质研究

Synthesis and Properties Study of Bis-pyridine Derivative Gel System

  • 摘要: 以2,6-吡啶二羧酸单甲酯为起始原料,设计合成了中心原子分别为C、N、O的化合物1~3.化合物3可在甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙腈、乙酸乙酯,DMSO/H2O(4/1,v/v),DMF/H2O(4/1,v/v),1,4-二氧六环/H2O(4/1,v/v)等溶剂中形成凝胶.通过多种表征技术对化合物3在甲醇中的自组装过程进行了研究.结果表明,氢键和π-π堆积作用是其形成凝胶的主要驱动力.

     

    Abstract: Compound 1~3 with central atoms of C, N and O were designed and synthesized from 2, 6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid monomethyl ester. Compound 3 could form gels in methanol, ethanol, acetone, acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, DMSO/H2O (4/1, v/v), DMF/H2O(4/1, v/v), and 1, 4-dioxane/H2O(4/1, v/v). The self-assembly process of compound 3 in methanol was studied by various characterization techniques. The results showed that hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking were the main driving forces of the gel formation.
