茶树基因组研究进展

Advances in Genome Research of Tea Plant

  • 摘要: 茶树基因组学和遗传学研究的发展,推动了对茶叶品质形成的分子机制和茶树基因组进化的了解.利用44篇参考文献,综述近10年来国内外在茶树基因组和转录组测序、基因挖掘与功能解析、表观遗传学、起源与驯化、代谢组学等方面的研究进展,提出了未来功能基因组研究的前景和可能的挑战.

     

    Abstract: The development of tea plant genomics and genetics has promoted the understanding of the molecular mechanism of tea quality formation and the evolution of tea plant genome. Based on 44 references, the achievements of the past ten years was summarized, which primarily include the research progress of tea genome and transcriptome sequencing, gene discovery and functional analysis, epigenetics, origin and domestication, metabonomics.The perspectives and possible challenges for future functional genomic studies were presented.
