Abstract:
Taking Henan province as an example, the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology elements, in agricultural production in Henan province was measured by Solow's residual method and its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics were analyzed. The research shows that: the overall contribution rate of agricultural science and technology factors to agricultural production in Henan province shows an upward trend, but there is a big difference between cities and a significant north-south differentiation pattern.The characterizes of "imbalanced and insufficient" of science and technology elements application in the process of agricultural production is outstanding.The contribution rate of agricultural material cost input to agricultural output value in Henan province was higher than that of labor force and cultivated land area. The contribution rate of agricultural material cost input to the total agricultural output value in Henan province is higher than that of labor force and cultivated land area, which indicates that agricultural development mainly depends on increasing investment to increase output, and it is still in the stage of extensive agricultural economic growth.Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects of optimizing the combination of agricultural production factors, strengthening the construction of agricultural industrial technology system, and enhancing the innovation level of agricultural science and technology, to improve the contribution rate of scientific and technological factors in agricultural production, and promote the practical process of rural revitalization through agricultural modernization.
