机器学习在超材料智能设计中的研究现状

Research Status of Intelligent Design of Metamaterials Based on Machine Learning

  • 摘要: 机器学习在超材料智能设计中起着非常重要的作用.利用35篇文献,综述了机器学习在超材料的结构参数优化、电磁响应预测、拓扑结构自动设计、相位预测及结构筛选、声波亚波长成像等几种典型应用领域中的最新研究现状,列举了目前研究中存在的问题,并给出了建议和未来发展趋势.

     

    Abstract: Machine learning plays a very important role in intelligent design of metamaterials. 35 literatures were used to review the latest research status of machine learning in several typical application fields, such as structural parameter optimization, electromagnetic response prediction, topology automatic design, phase prediction and structure selection, acoustic sub wavelength imaging, etc. Some existing problems in the current research are listed, then suggestions and future development trend were given.
