再生粗骨料对混凝土力学性能的影响

Effects of Recycled Coarse Aggregate on Mechanical Properties of the Concrete

  • 摘要: 首先研究了用废旧混凝土制作的再生粗骨料的基本物理性能;然后研究了用再生粗骨料取代部分粗骨料后,对混凝土力学性能的影响.结果表明,在取代率达40%时,配制的C40混凝土的立方强度、轴心抗压强度、应力-应变关系和弹性模量等,都与不用再生粗骨料的普通混凝土无明显差别.这说明,用再生粗骨料取代部分粗骨料,只要控制好取代率、级配和用水量,则对混凝土的力学性能无影响,可以放心使用.

     

    Abstract: The basic physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate that made of waste concrete are firstly studied, and then the influence of replacing part of coarse aggregate with recycled coarse aggregate on the mechanical properties of concrete is studied. The experimental results show that the cubic strength, axial compressive strength, stress-strain relationship and elastic modulus prepared C40 concrete at 40% substitution rate are not significantly different from those of ordinary concrete without recycled coarse aggregate. This shows that the recycled coarse aggregate can be used safely as long as the substitution rate, gradation and water consumption are well controlled.
