模拟酸雨对青钱柳幼苗的生理作用

Physiological Effects of Simulated Acid Rain on Cyclocarya Paliurus Seedlings

  • 摘要: 以3年生的青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)幼苗为材料,利用硫酸模拟pH值为3.5、4.5、5.6的酸雨对其幼苗进行处理,研究酸雨对青钱柳幼苗的生理作用.在实验中测定叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度、抗氧化物酶活性以及脯氨酸的含量.结果表明:随着酸雨pH值的降低,青钱柳幼苗的叶绿素荧光和最大光合效率呈现明显的降低趋势,抗氧化酶活性(CAT和SOD)上升,抗氧化物含量也相对增加.实验结果为找出更适宜青钱柳幼苗生活的环境,为青钱柳的栽培提供理论基础.

     

    Abstract: Based on the 3-year-old Cyclocarya paliurus seedlings, the physiological effects of acid rain on it's seedlings were studied by acid rain with simulated sulfuric acid pH values of 3.5, 4.5 and 5.6. The maximum photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, antioxidant activity and proline content were measured in the experiment. The results showed that, with the decrease of acid rain pH value, chlorophyll fluorescence and maximum photosynthetic efficiency of willow seedlings decreased significantly, antioxidant enzyme activity (CAT and SOD) increased, and antioxidant content increased relatively. The results were provided a theoretical basis for the cultivation of the seedlings.
