Abstract:
The comprehensive evaluation model was established for 68 species of wild woody bonsai plants from 28 families in Dabie mountain area from the four aspects of ornamental value, artistic processing plasticity, application potential and biological characteristics by using AHP (analytic hierarchy process). The results showed that the ornamental value and artistic processing plasticity of bonsai plants played an important role in the comprehensive evaluation of wild woody bonsai plants resources in Dabei mountain area. According to the comprehensive evaluation scores, the woody bonsai plants were divided into 4 grades: the Ⅰ level (evaluation value>4.0), the bonsai plants with exploitation and utilization of very high value, a total of 18 species; the Ⅱ level (evaluation value 3.5~4.0), the bonsai plants with high utilization value, a total of 12 species; the Ⅲ level (evaluation value 3.0~3.5), the bonsai plants with general value, a total of 20 species; the Ⅳ level (evaluation value < 3.0), the bonsai plants with low utilization value, a total of 18 species.
