Abstract: Xinyang city is taken as the research area, within the data of Xinyang city from 2009 to 2017, on the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of urban livability, PCA/GRA/D-RSR are applicated to carry out empirical analysis on the evaluation of urban livability in Xinyang city, and the results of correlation number test are compared. The results show that: (1)The evaluation results of urban livability of Xinyang city showed an overall upward trend during the research period; (2)The evaluation results of the 3 methods are generally similar, but there are some differences; (3)The above methods are feasible in the research of urban livability evaluation, which can provide certain reference for the construction of livable cities in China.
