一类具有预防和治疗措施的丙型肝炎传染病模型的动力学分析

Dynamic Analyses on a Kind of Hepatitis C Transmission Model Incorporating Prevention and Treatment Interventions

  • 摘要: 依据丙型肝炎的传播规律,建立了一类SICTR传染病模型,计算了模型的控制再生数.利用Lyapunov-LaSalle定理证明了模型无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的全局稳定性,并进行了敏感性分析和数值模拟.理论结果表明:增强防范意识和提高疾病的治疗率可以有效地降低疾病暴发的规模.

     

    Abstract: According to the transmission mechanism of Hepatitis C, an SICTR infectious disease model with prevention and treatment interventions is developed, and the control reproduction number of the model is calculated. Furthermore, according to the Lyapunov-LaSalle theorem, the global stability of both the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium are proved. Finally, sensitivity analyses and numerical simulations have been carried out. The results showed that the scale of disease outbreak can be reduced effectively by increasing prevention awareness and improving treatment rate.
