Abstract:
Noncoding RNA (ncRNA), which plays an important role in the process of muscle growth and development, involves in skeletal muscle stem cells proliferation, differentiation and muscle fibers hypertrophy. In this article, 30 literatures were used to review the latest research progress of three types of non-coding RNAs (long non-coding RNAs, miRNAs and circular RNAs) in skeletal muscle growth and development, in order to provide new ideas to the treatment of muscle diseases and the improvement of farm animal growthperformance.
