等级孔MFI分子筛的合成及高效吸附结晶紫性能研究

Study on the Synthesis of Hierarchical MFI Zeolite for Efficient Adsorption of Crystal Violet

  • 摘要: 针对传统ZSM-5分子筛孔径小,阻碍大分子吸附的缺陷.通过水热法合成微介孔复合片状MFI分子筛(MFI),用于吸附水中结晶紫(CV)染料.MFI与ZSM-5具有相同的MFI型分子筛晶体结构.与ZSM-5相比,MFI的比表面积更大、孔容更多、平均孔径更大,有利于吸附大分子染料.然后,详细考察了溶液pH、吸附时间、染料浓度以及温度对MFI吸附效果的影响,并与ZSM-5进行对比.结果表明:ZSM-5和MFI吸附CV的最优pH为7.吸附过程在10 min内即可达到平衡,符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型.MFI的最大吸附量为195.97 mg/g,是ZSM-5的3.58倍,主要归因于MFI优异的等级孔结构特性.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the defect of micropore in ZSM-5 zeolite which restricts the adsorption of bulky molecule, a micro/meso nanosheet-type MFI zeolite (MFI) was synthesized by the hydrothermal method for the adsorption of crystal violet (CV) dye in aqueous solution. Both MFI and ZSM-5 have the same MFI crystal structure. Compared to ZSM-5, MFI had larger specific surface area, more pore volume, and larger average pore size, which is beneficial to the adsorption of bulky molecule dyes. Then, the effects of solution pH, contact time, concentration of dye and temperature on the adsorption performance of MFI zeolite were investigated and compared with ZSM-5 zeolite. The results showed that the optimal pH value for the adsorption of crystal violet by ZSM-5 and MFI was 7. The adsorption process reached equilibrium within 10 min, which conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal model. The maximum adsorption capacity of MFI zeolite was 195.97 mg/g, which was 3.58 times higher than that of ZSM-5 zeolite. The superior adsorption performance of MFI zeolite was mainly attributed to the excellent micro/meso properties.
