地黄连作障碍的自毒物质及转化菌株的发现与鉴定

Discovery and Identification of Autotoxic Substances and Transformed Strain of Rehmannia Glutinosa Continuous Cropping Obstacle

  • 摘要: 利用薄层色谱法(TLC)对地黄(Rehmannia glutinosa)头茬土壤与空白土的差异性化学成分进行系统分析、定位,并通过微生物发酵法对该物质进行了制备、分离与纯化.确定其为地黄连作障碍自毒物质.研究结果表明,地黄头茬土壤的二氯甲烷提取物中存在该物质为麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮,其转化菌株为曲霉属焦色组红紫曲霉(Aspergillus puniceus),命名为Aspergillus puniceus FF5YH.

     

    Abstract: The blank soil and the first stubble soil were systematically analyzed and positioned by thin layer chromatography (TLC), and prepared by the microbial to transformation of Rehmannia glutinosa. It was identified as the autotoxic substance of Rehmannia glutinosa. The results showed that the substance is present in extracted by dichloromethane of the first stubble soil was ergosterol-4, 6, 8 (14), 22-tetraene- 3-one, the transformed strain was Aspergillus puniceus, named Aspergillus puniceus FF5YH.
