覆膜对羊肚菌原基诱导与产量的影响

Effect of Plastic Film Mulching on the Induction and Yield of Morchella Esculenta

  • 摘要: 以梯棱羊肚菌(Morchella importuna)为研究对象,设计了覆盖黑地膜(A)、覆盖白地膜(B)与不覆地膜(C)等三种处理方式,对其与梯棱羊肚菌原基诱导、催菇育菇、产量的相关性进行研究.结果表明:1)覆盖黑地膜、白地膜与不覆地膜三种处理方式,梯棱羊肚菌地畦培养10~30 d,其分生孢子层(菌霜)的浓密度分别为A < B < C;2)覆盖地膜有助于诱发菌丝体分化原基、菇蕾多、出菇多、成菇率和产量都高于不覆地膜的地畦块.为中原地区羊肚菌的规模化人工栽培提供理论和实践依据.

     

    Abstract: Morchella importuna was selected as the research object, three treatments, covering black plastic film (A), covering white plastic film (B) and not covering plastic film (C), were designed to study the correlation between them and Morchella importuna primordium induction, mushroom growth and yield. The results showed that: 1) on the basis of covering black plastic film, white plastic film and not covering plastic film, the density of conidial layer (bacteria frost) of Morchella importuna was A < B < C after 10~30 days of cultivation; 2) mulching with plastic film was helpful to induce mycelial differentiation primordium, with more mushroom buds and more mushrooms, and the mushroom forming rate and yield were higher than that of the soil without plastic film. It provides theoretical and practical basis for large-scale artificial cultivation of Morchella in Central Plains.
