基于UPLC-Q-TOF/MS技术分析信阳古茶树叶片化学成分

Chemical Constituents of Xinyang Ancient Eurya Alata Kobuski Leaves by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS

  • 摘要: 采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆串联飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)技术对信阳市鸡公山大茶沟(东经114°01'-114°06',北纬31°46'-31°52')古茶树叶片中的化学成分进行了高效、全面的分析.根据色谱峰的精确分子质量、母离子、碎片离子、质谱裂解规律等信息结合UNIFI数据库、参考文献及对照品的数据对化合物结构进行鉴定.共鉴定出29个化合物,包括低聚糖1个、酚类化合物7个、黄酮类化合物18个、蒽醌类化合物2个、萜类化合物1个.

     

    Abstract: The ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF/MS) coupled with the UNIFI database was developed and applied to efficiently and comprehensively identify the chemical constituents of ancient Eurya alata Kobuski leaves (Jigong mountain, Xinyang city, E114°01'-114°06', N31°46'-31°52'). The compounds structures were identified based on accurate molecular weight, parent ions, mass characteristic fragment ions, the law of mass spectrometry, along with the data from the UNIFI database, reference substances and literature. Totally, 29 compounds were extracted and confirmed from the ancient Eurya alata Kobuski leaves, including 1 oligosaccharide, 7 phenolic acids, 18 flavonoids, 2 anthraquinones and 1 terpenoid.
