Design of a Novel Multi-mode Wilkinson Power Divider

  • 摘要: 设计了一种新型的具有多工作模式的Wilkinson功分器电路,该电路通过将传统的Wilkinson功分器与有限数量的单刀单掷开关进行合理的组合,并通过控制这些射频开关,进而使得该电路具有Wilkinson和两个微带直通的工作模式.同时,对具有任意功分比的多工作模式的Wilkinson功分器进行了理论分析,并使用是德公司的ADS仿真工具验证了微带线的各个电长度对微带直通模式下的性能(如插损、回波损耗)的影响.验证了在等分情况下的多工作模式的Wilkinson功分器在各种工作模式下的性能.

     

    Abstract: A new multi-mode Wilkinson power divider circuit is designed. The traditional Wilkinson power divider was combined with a limited number of single-pole single-throw switches(SPST). The Wilkinson power divider with SPST has two work modes, one is Wilkinson power divider and the other is transmission line mode, by control the SPST. At the same time, the Wilkinson power splitter with multi-modes of arbitrary power division ratio was theoretically analyzed, and the effect of each electrical length of the microstrip line on the performance, such as insertion loss and return loss, of the transmission line mode was verified using the Keysight's ADS simulation tools, and the performance of the Wilkinson power splitter in multiple working modes under the equal division condition is verified.
