基于模糊层次法的分布式故障诊断系统安全评估

Research on Safety Evaluation for Distributed Fault Diagnostic System of Overhead Transmission Lines Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

  • 摘要: 基于层次分析法和模糊数学法,提出以硬件系统、软件系统、人为操作及环境因素为准则层的安全指标评价体系,并对华南某高压线路分布式故障诊断系统安全特性进行了风险评估.结果表明:建立的三层评价体系,经过一致性校验,CR值均小于0.1,即证明所确定的指标体系是合理的;运维制度管理和风速因素评分值最低,说明该系统投运后的运维体制不够严格,同时极端环境的应急处理不充分;该系统最终的综合评价值为86.73,表明该系统处于安全的状态.

     

    Abstract: Based on a safety index evaluation system with hardware system, software system, human operation and environmental factors as the criterion layer was proposed, which the safety characteristics of a distributed fault diagnosis system was evaluated for some high voltage transmission line in south China. The calculation results showed that: after consistency check, the CR values of the established three-layer evaluation system are less than 0.1, which proves that the determined indicator system is reasonable; the operation and maintenance management and wind speed factor score are the lowest, which indicates that the system operation and maintenance after operation is not strict enough, and the emergency treatment of extreme environment is not sufficient; the final comprehensive evaluation value of the system is 86.73, indicating that the system is in a safe state.
