珍珠岩低温碱发泡轻质材料的制备及其性能

Preparation and Properties of Light Materials from Alkali Activating Perlite at Mild Temperature

  • 摘要: 以珍珠岩为原料,NaOH为活化剂,经低温处理制备出一种轻质高强的发泡材料.通过单因素方法探究碱的浓度、焙烧温度、升温速率以及保温时间对发泡材料表观密度、导热系数和抗压强度等性能的影响,采用X-射线衍射和扫描电镜对试样进行物相分析和显微结构表征.结果表明:NaOH浓度为12 mol/L、3℃/min的升温速率,在450℃焙烧3 h时,制备发泡材料性能较优;表观密度为0.476 g/cm3,导热系数为0.062 W/(m·K),抗压强度为6.321 MPa.

     

    Abstract: A high-strength foaming material was prepared by using perlite as raw material and NaOH as the activator at certain temperature treatment. The effects of alkali concentration, roasting temperature, heating rate and holding time on the apparent density, thermal conductivity and compressive strength of samples were investigated by single factor method. The microstructure and morphology of samples were characterized by SEM and XRD. Results showed the optimum properties of the sample can be obtained when the concentration of NaOH was 12 mol/L, the calcination temperature was 450℃, the heating rate was 3℃/min and the holding time was 3 h. The apparent density, coefficient of thermal conductivity and the compressive strength of the sample were 0.476 g/cm3, 0.062 W/(m·K) and 6.321 MPa, respectively.
