Abstract:
Quercetin and kaempferol were identified by TLC. The content of total flavonoids was detected by UV. The invitro immunostimulatory activities of
Elaeagnus pungens were investigated by using the immune activity analysis cell model (RAW264.7 macrophages). The results showed that: quercetin and kaempferol could be detected by TLC; the calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.008~0.054 g/L(
R=0.9991);the average recovery was 99.6% with RSD of 1.32%;the research of immunological activity of the general flavone of
Elaeagnus pungens showed that it could effectively promote the proliferation of immune cells, and significantly inhibit the secretion of TNF-α in LPS-induced macrophages RAW 264.7, indicating its remarkable immunological activity.
