Abstract: The basic public service supply is the premise and foundation to realize the targeted poverty alleviation, and it is also the strong support of the rural rejuvenation strategy.Through the field investigation for F county in S province, based on the core index from policies of targeted poverty alleviation, four aspects in education, social security, transfer of employment and relocation are selected to carry out the research on the main body, mode, guarantee path and its effect of rural basic public service under the background of targeted poverty alleviation.Under the effective promotion of the combination mode, various public service policies are put in place, and the satisfaction of the masses is high.The implementation effect has laid the foundation for the rural rejuvenation, and the implementation path has provided the experience for realizing the effective link between the poverty relief and the rural rejuvenation.
