Abstract:
Rice (
Oryza sativa L.) OsRRK1 (Rop-interacting greceptor-like kinase 1) protein, belong to a member of the cytoplasmic receptor like kinase RLCKⅥ family.Through amino acid sequence alignment analysis, the OsRRK1 protein was compared with the homologous protein of millet, sorghum, corn, brachypodium distachyon, grape, alfalfa, soybean, cotton and arabidopsis. It was found that the homology of OsRRK1 protein with the homologous gene in most plants was very high, especially in monocotyledonous plants, the sequenced similarity was more than 75%. According to ORF sequence of rice
OsRRK1 published by NCBI, primers were designed to amplify the target fragment from the cDNA of rice variety Kasalath leaves.
OsRRK1:GFP fusion transient expression vector was constructed, and rice protoplasts to detect its subcellular localization was transformed. The results of laser confocal observation showed that rice OsRRK1 protein localized to the cytoplasm.
