中国东南部主要海岛植物地理分布特点及其影响因素

Phytogeographical Distribution and Determination Factors of Coastal Island in the Southeast of China

  • 摘要: 以大尺度植物分布数据和环境气象因子等为基础,利用植物区系谱、主坐标分析、聚类分组及典范对应分析(CCA),探讨了中国东南部主要海岛植物分布及其影响因素.结果表明:(1)中国沿海代表性岛屿植物地理成分呈现纬向地带性差异,热带成分比例自北向南逐渐递增,而温带成分呈递减的规律,这与各海岛所处气候带的水热条件分异密切相关;(2)主坐标分析和聚类分组显示,主要海岛可划为5个区系分,反映了中国东南主要海岛植物区系成分比例关系与大陆南北山地区系划分的类似性;(3)CCA排序轴与气象因子相关分析表明,一月均温、纬度和年均温是中国东南部主要海岛植物地理分布的主要影响因子.

     

    Abstract: Based on large scale data of plant distribution and climates factors, the floristic spectrum, principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) and cluster analysis and canonical correspondence analysis(CCA) were used to reveal the phytogeography distribution and climatic environment relationship of coastal islands in southern China. The results showed that: (1)The floristic viariations with latitude, compositions of tropical elements increase with droping of latitude, while those of temporate elements showed contrary patterns. The result is almost in accordance with distribution of climate belts; (2)Based PCoA analysis and cluster analisis, the main coastal islands floras were divided into 5 groups. The result indicated the distribution-types similarities at genus-level between islands and moutain. (3) CCA analysis showed that the mean temperature of January, anual mean temperature and latitude are the determining factors of phytogeography distribution of islands in China.
