Abstract:
Pd@Au nanosheets with average diagonal size of 50 nm and thickness of 4 nm, were synthesized from Pd(acac)
2 and AuCl(triphenylphosphine)
3. Then Pd@Au-PEG nanodrug was obtained followeing by polyethylene glycol modification. Pd@Au-PEG showed strong near infrared absorption (peak at 840 nm) and good photothermal effect. The photothermal treatment performance at the cellular level was studied and it was verified that Pd@Au-PEG could kill cancer cells effectively under 808 irradiation. Tissue distribution in the main organs of mice was further explored, finding that it had a high tumor targeting efficiency. Effective photothermal treatment for solid tumors was finally realized in vivo.
