Study on the Effect of GPC Test Conditions on the Molecular Weight Determination Results of PMMA With Orthogonal Optimization

  • 摘要: 研究了Viscotek 270型多检测器凝胶渗透色谱仪测试条件对PMMA分子量测试结果的影响.以二甲基甲酰胺作为溶剂和流动相,采用正交试验法探讨了样品浓度、色谱柱温度及流动相流速对PMMA分子量测定的影响.结果表明:样品浓度2 g/L、柱温35℃、流速1 mL/min为最佳测试条件.

     

    Abstract: The effect of the Viscotek 270 gel permeation chromatography (GPC) test conditions on the molecular weight determination results of PMMA was studied. Dimethylformamide was used as solvent and mobile phase. Test conditions of such factors as sample concentration, column temperature, and mobile phase flow rate were investigated with orthogonal method as the experimental technique. The results showed that the experimental data was the most reliable when the sample concentration was 2 g/L and column temperature was 35℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL/min.
