Abstract: The 157 Pseudogastromyzon (Labigastromyzon) changtingensis tungpeiensis Chen et Liang were sampled in the upper Beijiang river in May and September 2013, and their growth characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the relationship between body length and body weight between the male and female samples (P < 0.05). The relationship between female body length and body weight was W_♀ = 0.029L^2.820, which was allosteric growth. Male W_♂ = 0.019L^3.002 was uniform growth. There was a linear relationship between body length and scale, and female was y_♀= 0.232x_♀ + 21.52, male was y_♂= 0.289x_♂+ 19.28. Von Bertalanffy Growth equation female: L_t =72.52(1- e^{-0.15(t+2.70)}), W_t=7.74(1-e^{-0.15(t+2.70)})^2.820, male was L_t=81.34(1- e^{-0.14(t+2.74)}), W_t=10.26(1-e^{-0.14(t+2.74)})^3.002. The inflorescence age of the female was 4.21 and the male was 5.11 years. The body length and body weight at the inflection point were 46.80 mm and 2.25 g, 54.23 mm and 3.04 g respectively.
