Abstract:
Silver nanoparticles (PAgNPs) were green synthesized using crude polysaccharides from
Rubus idaeus.extracts and AgNO
3 solution. The obtained PAgNPs were characterized by UV-Vis absorption spectrum, scanning electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Also, the antioxidant properties of the obtained PAgNPs were assessed in vitro, using the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzthiazino-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) radical cation decolorization test. The result indicates that the obtained PAgNPs regular spheres with an average size of 20~32 nm and a maximum absorbance at 435 nm. Moreover, PAgNPs exhibited a high radical scavenging activity for DPPH and ABTS
+, half radical scavenging activities(IC
50) of 64.38mg/L and 75.86mg/L, respectively.
