茶树特征性生化成分与绿盲蝽的互作影响

Interaction Effects Between Characteristic Biochemical Components of Tea Plants and Apolygus Lucorum (Meyer-Dür)

  • 摘要: 利用高效液相色谱技术和紫外分光光度法,检测3个茶树品种健康及受害新梢游离氨基酸、茶多酚、咖啡因、没食子酸及儿茶素组分(EGC、EC、C、ECG和EGCG),通过分析品种生化成分与绿盲蝽危害指数的相关系数及绿盲蝽取食后茶树生化成分的变化,探明茶树特征性生化成分与绿盲蝽的互作影响.结果表明:茶树特征性生化成分与绿盲蝽危害程度存在紧密联系,咖啡因和没食子酸含量与绿盲蝽危害指数呈显著负相关,游离氨基酸和EGC含量与绿盲蝽危害指数呈现一定正相关;绿盲蝽取食后,叶片生化成分含量出现显著变化,咖啡因含量上升,没食子酸含量下降.咖啡因是茶树抗绿盲蝽的关键生化成分,受害最轻的苔选0310中咖啡因含量最高的,且取食后增加幅度最大.

     

    Abstract: The interaction effects between characteristic biochemical components of tea plant and Apolygus lucorum(Meyer-Dür) was explored, HPLC and UV-Vis were useded to analysis tea biochemical substances in healthy tea leaves and A. lucorum damaged tea leaves. The correlation coefficient between A. lucorum damages index and tea biochemical substances were analysised, the change of tea biochemical components after feeded by A. lucorum were also analysized. The results indicate that the content of caffeine and gallic acid were significantly positively correlated with the tea tree resistant to A. lucorum, while the free amino acids and EGC played the opposite role. Caffeine increased remarkably after damaged by A. lucorum. However, gallic acid dropped off remarkably. Caffeine is the key biochemical component of tea plant to resistance A. lucorum. The lightest damaged tea cultivars TX0310 contains the richest caffeine, and also gained the most after damaged by A. lucorum.
