Ag/AgBr/Bi4Ti3O12催化剂的制备及可见光催化降解卡马西平

Preparation of Ag/AgBr/Bi4Ti3O12 Photocatalysts and Visible Light Induced Photocatalytic Degradation of Carbamazepine

  • 摘要: 首先利用水热法制备了Bi4Ti3O12纳米片,再通过原位沉积和光还原的方法制备了Ag/AgBr/Bi4Ti3O12纳米片复合光催化剂.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射谱(DRS)及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对其结构进行表征,以卡马西平(CBZ)作为目标污染物对其光催化活性进行评价.结果表明:Bi4Ti3O12纳米片的厚度小于50 nm,长度小于500 nm.Ag/AgBr的颗粒度小于20 nm.Ag/AgBr的复合极大地提高了催化剂对卡马西平的光催化降解效率,光催化活性的提高主要是由于Ag/AgBr可以显著抑制光生电子和空穴的复合.催化机理研究发现光生h+在CBZ的光催化降解过程中起主要作用.

     

    Abstract: Bi4Ti3O12 nanosheets were firstly prepared by hydrothermal method and then the Ag/AgBr/Bi4Ti3O12 nanosheet composite photocatalysts were obtained through the precipitation process combined with photoreduction method.Its structure was investigated by SEM,TEM,XRD,DRS.The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by degradation of carbamazepine (CBZ).The results showed that the thickness of the Bi4Ti3O12 nanosheets is less than 50 nm with the length less than 500 nm.The particle size of the Ag/AgBr nanoparticles is less than 20 nm.The visible light induced photocatalytic efficiency for CBZ degradation was greatly enhanced,which may be due to the obviously inhibition of the photo-generated electron and hole due to the combination of Ag/AgBr nanoparticles.The photo-generated h+ was found to be the mainly active species in the CBZ photocatalytic reaction.
